The walk itself from the Mount Erica car park isn't overly hard (1.5-2kms) and, if you have kids, I deem it to be kid friendly. What I REALLY like about this place is the random boulders that litter the trail and the Mushroom Rocks area itself. They're pretty cool to look at.
